ING aims to create a differentiating customer experience, enabled by simplifying and streamlining our organisation, further striving for operational excellence, enhancing the company’s performance culture and expanding our lending capabilities. Blackbelts within ING work as internal operational excellence consultants and fulfil a crucial role in delivering the ultimate customer performance. We initiate and realise improvements in end-to-end customer processes and hereby, directly affect customer satisfaction levels and ING cost levels. We attain this by using various methods such as Lean Six Sigma, Big Data and Operational Management.
About our workshop:
During the Amsterdam Recruitment Event we will ask you to solve a real-life case for us, where you have to apply your analytical skills and your change management skills. The workshop is only available for Dutch speaking students.
